Govt. Spitzer ?

While I haven't a shred of respect for the man since the licenses for illegals bit, I can see this is retaliation pure and simple. And most likely over the abortion rights bill he is trying to push through the state senate and embly, that as a law would supersede any federal ban on abortion and contraception.
