I want to ask a serouis question here. I have a family history of very bad circulation?

which killed my grand mother of a stroke which a blood clot travelled to her brain and it killed my uncle and granddad who died of a heart attack with a blood clot their hearts in their 40s. yep young. I am almost 40 and I have very poor circulation. Last night the numbness on my left leg travelled ped my left knee for awhile. I was worried for awhile. now what I want to ask is am I at a high risk of a stroke becasue of this? please seroius answers only.
