How do you get a permit for a Lynx?

I'm looking into getting a Lynx but was wondering what requirements would I need to meet to receive my permit for a cl II permit? I'm not inexperienced owner of exotic animals, I'm an istant for someone who raises and breeds Savannah cats, F1,2,3 and 4's. So please give me useful information without giving me your unwanted un nice advice lol, Thanks! appreciate it!
