Is there a scram going out via email using yahoo lottery ?please send reply to lsheattler@yahoo.com?

i am rec. notivation of winning yahoo/msm/micosoft lottery drawing/ and they need personal infornation. is this for real? 2nd question i rec a email saying also winner but there would be transfer charges on getting the money. the email was from a mr williams.???
