Is Rehoboth Beach popular with young people?

I'm a recent college graduate looking to go to the beach with some friends. Is Rehoboth popular with people in their twenties? I know Bethany is more of a family spot. The other options are Ocean City, MD or Wildwood, NJ. Thanks!
