Can Spinal Stenosis disappear/ go away?

If you are still experiencing the same symptoms as before you probably still have the same findings as before. Did you get the test done at the same location/place, MRI clinic. The MRI results are read by a radiologist and sometimes they differ on the interpretations of the films. I would suggest you ask the radiologist who read your films the same question and if you can let him see your old films also.
