How do I get my pitchers to throw hard during game time situations?

Perhaps you should try and explain to them that, unless they pitch at their absolute maximum, the chance that they allow runs and get angry about it increases. Basically... in simple terms, if they pitch well... they go home happy. Just tell them to do what they do in practice in the actual game. I hope you have luck & they listen!
