I need HELP?? How do I ignore my vietnamese friend?

I m a 14yr and will 15, tennage boy who studys at high skl (I won't say the skl name) and I have this really werid friend of mine who is also Asian (he is a 13 but will turn 14 on August 8, 2009) but he is from Vietnam he does speaks english (pretty well u can understand what he said) but he is really werid and it's not only me. All my other mates also think that he is werid cuz sometimes he mumbls (I can't spell it properly. I mean he talks to him self way too much). He always ask me about my gf knowing that I said to him every time he asked me/ he knows my gf, his look is also so scary (like the murdrer from some horror movie).. Sometimes I think it's cuz he is always alone (i.e. he doesn't have alot of frens)..And sometimes he hits pupils including me for no reason and try to talk to me n my mates in some stupid topics..And some female mates told me that he always stares at me at lessons and sometimes i even saw him straing at me I thought he was jealous of me cuz I was more famous in skl than him but there was a rumor that he might be a psycho and bi-ual/gay soo I m really scared of him.. I hope all the rumors about him is false and he propably be straight and (I hope he didn't like me or Anything cuz I m straight and I got my gf I don't cheat on pupil too?) PUPIL PLZ HELP and Yeah give me some tips so I can be frens with him and still be straight and safe too =)...Thanzx
