I need help .. i don't know whats wrong with me?

hi im rickie ... im 15 yo .. ill just get straight to the point for the past few weeks ive been having very weird things happen like my eyes would go grainy and grey and i see things moving when there not even there .. i know it sounds weird ... but also ive been seeing the outline of people and there either really bright or the dark .. i feel like im being watched when im alone and i know it sounds silly like im making it up but im not ... i dont have any head problems or eye problems i got my eyes checked recently .. but i just need someone to give me some help cos i don't know what it is ... thanks
