Whatever happened to "Leadership"? America no longer has competent leaders! What do you say?

Obama and his staff take way too long to issue a decisive word or effective action. Too many times now he has denied being informed on and of these crisis that keep popping up, plus he always has a "Patsy" to blame and take the heat and the responsibility away from him!
