Will GI disorders such as belching, bloating, flatulence lead to GB Syndrome?

Aged about 75. Suffering with heavy bloating and flatulence even with empty or full stomach. Also had continuous burning sensation of feet. Sometimes dizziness. I think it is due to sluggishness of lever. Will the above symptoms lead to neurological disorders more specifically GB Syndrome ?
