Xbox live accounts and downloading?

ive just bought all the m effect dlc on my second account but now i wna go onto my first account and play, but, some of the dlc is still downloading and i was wondering if when i go onto my first account it will continue downloading and weather it will still be fine if i go onto my first account then back onto this second. help plz!
