I am not going to attempt to diagnose you because I am not a doctor but from experience it sounds to me like you have something similar to generalized anxiety disorder as well as obsessive compulsive disorder. With both of those you'll experience the things you're currently describing. While I do not have obsessive compulsive disorder, I do have generalized anxiety disorder and can relate to the anxiety type stuff you are feeling. I have heard it takes quite awhile to find the right type of medication to control each individuals concerns. Another thing that may help you is behavioral therapy basically where they teach you different thought patterns and it works for A LOT of people believe it or not. With my anxiety I used mind over matter. I decided to force the anxiety away and I was bad, when I say bad I mean hospital/doctor everyday, I was so so scared, didnt sleep for weeks and got very sick because of it. I do take lorazepam every now and again when I feel anxious but other then that I am ok. I would say go back to your doctor and let him/her know that you feel its not working and you would like to see a doctor who specializes in that type of thing so you can get more information as well as other ways to help you.

Regular haircuts for a blind 25 year old male?

Last year I volunteerd when asked to cut the hair of a new member in our community as all he wanted was a number 2 buzz cut. This seems like a mix of starter deck cards with boosters. you might want to go with a dragon theme as you seem to have enough of those. If you did that you would have a decent deck on your hands. You should consider Mountains if you decide to go with dragons if you want a field spell that badly. An armed Dragon LV3 and 7 to go along with your five would also improve your deck greatly.

1990 toyota 4runner automatic transmission trouble?

i have a 1990 Toyota 4runner with 260,000 miles, 4 doors, 4wd with an auto transmission. the problem I'm having is after it warms up the transmission likes to stick in drive and i have to manually using the shift lever put it into first, and many times i cant even put it into second gear manually, it will skip straight to drive even with the shifter in second.it doesn't seem to be burning fluid. I've been told that it the shift actuator, if so any ideas on cost of the repair ? i personally was hoping a filter and fluid change would fix it thinking that the old fluid may be gumming up the springs.

I have both PGR 4 and Burnout Paradise. They are both good but very different. For me Burnout Paradise is one of my favorite games. It's a must for any 360 owner, in my opinion. PGR and Forza are more sim type racers. Forza 3 is newer and is supposed to be the racer on the market today. It's up to you but my vote is for Burnout.

Seems like a pretty badboy diet to me. Looking good. Just change the vegetables and fruit from day to do, and DO have desert. Fat/sugar is just as important as other nutrients, people just have waaaaaaaay to much of it. The best diet is one in which you have a little bit of everything, including choccie :) The key is exercize, join a gym and go once or twice a week, and keep up that diet.

Around 22 years ago, my ex partner and I took out a policy on each other; Regular premium Whole Life urance (Unit linked)of around �61,000. The policy has critical illness cover of �15,000 on it. I am on the left lane, another car is on the right lane. I slowly go to overtake, then the car ahead turns his flashers on. Turns out, it's an unmarked car. Will I need an amplifier for my new alpine car speakers?

I just bought some Alpine SPS-600 speakers for my 2009 jeep liberty and while it does sound a lot clearer than my factory speakers it has this sound to it like the highs are taking over. I am only 19 years old, and I do not have athritis or anything. I drink loads of milk but have done karate for a number of years. I bought my new home through a bank and got approved before the home equity loan even hit my credit so they couldn't complain about it! If you think your duplex will cover the cost of the mortgage and the home equity loan than go for it! Otherwise you will be footing the bill for the second mortgage on your primary home. I've been engaged for two months, but lately I've been feeling like I'm too young to be tied down?

My fiance and I recently had a long, tearful discussion that revolved around me feeling discontent and like I'm going to lose my independence once we get married, even though the time we set for the wedding is over a year from now. I don't understand what you're saying in the least, but the reference in the bible has nothing to do with stars or constelations. The word "Angel" means messenger. All seven of those churches were in existence at the time the letter was put out to them. The "angels" are what we would call today "Pastors". I have a 02 Grand Prix GT V6 and I love it. Its a reliable car. My model year comes in coupe or sedan, The gas isnt the best but its better than a truck. I can get about 18 or 19 mpg in city and 27 or 28 highway. The cars with a 4 cylinder engine will give u better gas mileage than the cars with a 6 cylinder (V6) engine. As for insurance, any car u get will be high because your a teenager. At least $200 or more for the first year or so. I know from experience that the Monte carlo insurance will be high becuz its considered a sports car. My car (Grand Prix) insurance is $198 per month. But your insurance will be based on your driving record and which ever car u get. Sports cars will always have higher insurance than regular cars. So my pick would obviously be the Pontiac Grand Prix GT or GTP (97-03) model. Good Luck in your search.

Fish for a beginner?

I want to take part in the fish hobby. I am a beginner and I need beginner fish, any suggestions? By beginner fish, I mean fish that won't try to attack or nip at each others fins. It shouldn't matter if you bought it through auction of through a Diamler Chrysler dealer. They either will or won't have a key made for it. Some vehicles only had so many keys made for them and therefore you could order them all ( possibly expensive) and try them until you find the right one if that were to be the case for the Jeep Cherokee.Try the dealership first cause it's free and then call the locksmith. Only had this happen once with a Ford Aerostar van that we lost the second key for and then we lost the first set. Drilled out the key switch and started it with a screwdriver until we got rid of that piece of crap. They said that they couldn't help us when we asked them. Not bad service or nothing just didn't know what to do. If their locked in your vehicle just call a locksmith. When you get new keys be sure to get lots of them. They cost a few bucks to get them copied and can save you from going through this agian.

Broncos Can't Get It Done?

Awesome post! The broncos have got to be the worst team in the AFC. Look at all the money they have in their secondary Bailey, Bly Etc. The coach has completely lost the team and it's absolutely hilarious to watch them. Sundays game was the game of the year for Chargers fans. I knew they would blow it. Cutler is heavily overrated and Rivers will be remembered as the much better quarterback. Cutler threw three interceptions ( Two that were called back because of flags ) in a game they had to win. The endless fumbles and interceptions are an awful lot of fun to watch. Loved the Tampa game but the Buffalo Bills game was fantastic to see them implode. AWESOME!!!!!!!!

This is one of those cases when something is stuck in your head and when it is not there to be found it drives you crazy. And now that IMF is gone i can nvr find it. I have no idea what high and low means. Hopefully someone will answer this soon. I was in the Army for fours ten years ago and I am re-enlisting into the Air National Guard. I wish I could go active like you, but am too old now. I keep my same rank and my years in service count towards retirement. I was stupid to get out. I could have retired in six years. The Air Force is a much better choice as far as deploying goes. The Army deploys quite often and gone for atleast 15 months. The Air Force (if deployed) is only gone from 90-180 days. Way better the Army! I encourage you to sign up in the Air Force and if you don't like active duty, don't get out completely. Continue in the Reserves or Air National Guard. Don't make the same mistake I did and regret the years lost. Hint: If you pick an Administrative job, you won't see as much as deployments.

My boyfriend has very little time to spend with me, how do i deal with this?

i rarely see my 21 yr old boyfriend of 2 months and when i do see him im still pretty shy with him. He works 5 days a week now because he took weekends off just to spend it with me. I unnecessarily reread and rewrite things. I also can't play certain video games because I have to do things in them in a certain way. I write down all my calories consumed each day, and once in a while will binge beyond my caloric maximum because I am afraid I will. It's difficult for me to go to school because I am awkward around many people. I have very minor mood swings, but mostly it's related to my anxiety. When I was younger I thought that I was the Antichrist and threatened to kill a girl who was mean to me. I attempted to commit suicide twice by overdose. I obsess about racial purity. For example, I'm Sicilian and worry that I might have some ******* blood. Sorry if that offends anyone, I'm just trying to give you a full picture. I also am very irritable a lot of the time and extremely cynical. I can't focus in school that well either. I've been on several antidepressants with little effect. I've received different diagnoses from different psychologists, so now I obsess over what mental illness it is that I really have.
